Will tender buyers accept it?

Buyers can use it as independent supporting evidence. It shows your score, how it was worked out and every source behind it, so they can check it themselves. It does not replace ISO 14001 or any other standard a tender asks for by name. If a tender requires one, you still need it.

Is this a certificate?

No. It is an independent score with its sources shown. Anyone can open your score page and see the evidence behind each answer. Nobody is approving your business. We are scoring it, in public, the same way as every other business.

Can my score go down after an evidence review?

Yes. We use what the evidence shows, whichever way it points. A score that could only go up would be worth nothing, to you or to the people you send it to. Either way you get a written note on what we found and what each question would need. Fees pay for the review, never the result.

Why should anyone trust a score I can pay to be part of?

Fees pay for the review, never the result. The ten questions are public and apply to everyone. Every change is logged on the score page. Anyone can challenge a score for free, which means no business ever has to pay us to be scored fairly.

We're a small business. Will we score badly because we haven't published a sustainability report?

You might, at first. That shows a gap in what's published. It says nothing on its own about what you do. A 50-person manufacturer can run a careful operation and still score 25 because none of it is written down publicly. The evidence review exists for this: send us your real data and your score will reflect it.
